I was extremely disappointed with the air conditioning in my room. It struggled to cool down the space, making my stay uncomfortable, especially during hot afternoons. Furthermore, the noise from the street was quite disruptive, preventing me from having a peaceful night’s sleep.

Incredible proximity to landmarks, with the Ponte Vecchio just a short walk away. The rooftop view during breakfast offers a stunning perspective of the city, making each morning a treat.

Room felt cramped, and the décor could definitely use a modern touch. Limited food options for lunch and dinner left something to be desired, and inconsistent air conditioning made for some uncomfortable nights. Additionally, I encountered drainage issues in the bathroom that were a bit off-putting, and the whole place had a peculiar odor that lingered throughout the stay.

Had a pretty decent time! The location is super central, which was perfect for exploring all the nearby sights. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Just wish the room was in better shape. it felt a bit worn and could use some love. The breakfast was nice too with good options!

The hotel's elegant décor and charming communal areas made me feel right at home, like being in a cozy Italian villa. Accessibility was a breeze—everything was within easy reach for our delightful explorations around the city.

Perfect for a couple needing a central spot

The room was clean and served its purpose, even if it was small, we had plenty of water pressure in the shower, which is a huge plus. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the 6th floor with a lovely view, the scrambled eggs and bacon were just what we needed to start the day right.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, but considering the location, it was still acceptable.

The Comfort Double Room was pretty nice. The bed was super comfy, and the room felt spacious enough. I did notice a bit of street noise, but it wasn't too bad. The decor is simple, but that made it feel relaxed. Overall, a solid spot to rest after exploring Florence.

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room and easy access to the Boboli Gardens and Ponte Vecchio, which made my weekend city strolls so much more enjoyable, really bringing Florence's beauty to life right outside my door.
